We issue marriage licenses at our office. Both parties to the marriage are required to attend in person and each must provide acceptable photo identification.
Requirements:
- If either party has been previously divorced, a divorce certificate will be required.
- Please complete the application and ensure you have all the necessary information before visiting our office.
Important Notes:
- A marriage license issued in Alberta is only valid for marriages performed within Alberta.
- The license is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- This service is available from opening to 30 minutes before closing time.
